Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, notes and other content you upload. By posting it you let us store and show it inside the app, for example showing a catch to the anglers who follow you. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

Weather and conditions

Weather, moon and forecast information is for general interest only. It is not a guarantee, and you must not rely on it for decisions about your safety. Use your own judgement around water and changing weather.

Competitions

Competitions are organised by users for their own enjoyment. Standings are calculated from the catch data as recorded. We are not responsible for disputes about an outcome, and prizes or stakes are a matter between participants.

Availability

The apps are provided as available. We cannot promise uninterrupted access and may change, suspend or discontinue parts of them, for example for maintenance.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the apps are provided without warranties, and we are not liable for loss or damage from using them, including lost data, reliance on conditions information or injury while fishing or playing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under South African law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of South Africa, and disputes are subject to South African courts.
