PK Fishing is a fishing logbook for your phone and your computer. Time your rods, log your catches and blanks, and let your own history show when, where and on what the fish bite.

At the water

  • Rod timersUp to ten rods, each with its own timer, rig, bait and hook notes. Set how long is too long and the rod will remind you, even when the app is closed.
  • Catch logSpecies, weight, photos, rig, bait, hook, cast distance and your own notes. Log a blank with one tap so your success rate stays honest.
  • Conditions saved for youWeather, moon phase and air pressure are recorded with every entry, using the position of your venue. You never type them in.
  • Venues and local knowledgeSave your venues, pegs and notes about each water. They are private to you and never shown on any public map.
  • Works without a signalIf reception drops, everything is saved on your phone and syncs when you are back online.

Insights from your own logbook

Insights never guess. Every row reads "fish from casts", for example "14 fish from 22 casts (64%)", so you can see how much is behind each number.

  • What works: rigs, hooks, baits and feed
  • When and where: time of day, moon, air pressure and pressure trend, distance, rods, spots, venues and pegs
  • Over time: how your season is building month by month
  • Sessions: how long you fish and what each trip produced

Pressure advice stays quiet until you have about 20 logged casts with a reading and at least 5 logged blanks. Before that, it tells you what it still needs rather than making something up.

Records, badges and friends

Reel Records

Your personal bests by species, with the photo, the date and the venue, so a good fish never gets lost in your camera roll.

Fins of Fame

Badges earned from your own logbook, from your first fish to a night session or a catch on a full moon.

Follow your friends

Follow other anglers to see their catches in your feed, like them and leave a comment. Your venues and catch locations are never part of that.

Tackle box

Keep a list of your gear, build rigs and bait combinations, and share an item or your whole box with a friend.

A dashboard for your computer

Open the same link on a laptop or desktop and PK Fishing switches to a dashboard with a sidebar: Overview, Catch log, Reel Records, Insights, Competitions, Feed, Fins of Fame, Tackle box and your Profile.

It is made for looking back and planning. Logging a catch and running timers stay on your phone, where you are standing at the water.
